Raising global consciousness through meditation and mindful living.
The story behind the Matari Meditation Method, and the teachers who carry it forward.

Hello, I'm Nandar Matari
I was raised to achieve. Growing up in Myanmar under high expectations, I became the top student, the perfectionist, the performer. But beneath the success, I struggled with anxiety and a deep longing for peace.
At 16, I found meditation in the monasteries of Myanmar, learning from Buddhist monks, and everything began to shift. That moment sparked a lifelong journey into healing, psychology, and inner transformation.
Later, as a refugee in Germany, I rebuilt my life from zero, eventually becoming a Sales Manager in finance. I had the titles, the paycheck, the success. But I knew: achievement without inner alignment is never enough. So I followed my calling.
Over the past decade, I have guided thousands through the Matari Meditation Method, a path I created from more than 30 years of personal practice. My clients, high achievers, executives, and visionaries, come to me burned out, disconnected, and carrying invisible pressure. They leave centered, clear, and empowered to live and lead from inner stillness.
It is about remembering who you are underneath the pressure, and becoming the version of you that you were always meant to be.Book a Getting-to-Know Call

Once a month, I open a room and anyone can come and sit in it
What if calm could be collective? Heal the City is a free live meditation I hold once a month, on the last Sunday, for anyone who wants to experience what real stillness feels like. Not an app. Not a recording. Together, from wherever you are.
When one person genuinely settles, that calm does not stay inside them. It goes home. It reaches their family, their colleagues, the streets they live on. That is what healing a city actually means, and it is not an abstraction.
No experience needed. Beginners are very welcome, and high achievers with busy minds are especially welcome, because I was one of you.
My real mission behind all of my work is this. To raise global consciousness, through meditation and mindful living.See the Next Gathering
