Free Monthly Group Meditation

Heal the City

What if calm could be collective? A free live meditation I hold once a month, on the last Sunday, for anyone who wants to experience what real stillness feels like. Not an app. Not a recording. Together, from wherever you are.

Why I Do This

One nervous system at a time

My real mission behind all of my work is this. To raise global consciousness, through meditation and mindful living.

Heal the City is how I do that in public, once a month, with people from all over the world. There are three clear intentions behind it.

Three Intentions

What the hour is actually for

One

To show you it is possible

The misunderstanding I meet most often is that a mindful life needs hours you do not have. It does not. Fifteen minutes, and a few small changes made in the direction of the universal laws, will move your life. I want you to feel that, not be told it.

Two

What happens afterwards

When one person genuinely settles, that calm does not stay inside them. It goes home. It reaches their family, their colleagues, the streets they live on. That is what healing a city actually means, and it is not an abstraction.

Three

The net across the world

If we sit together across time and space, from different cities, at the same moment, we are building a net of healing energy across the world. There is real research behind this, and I believe we contribute to peace by practicing at the same time as people in other countries.

The Hour Itself

What happens on the call

No experience needed. Beginners are very welcome. High achievers with busy minds are especially welcome, because I was one of you.

How it goes

  • We arrive and land together, cameras on or off, as you like
  • I guide you through a live meditation, channelled in the moment for the people in the room
  • We close with a short sharing for anyone who wants to speak
  • Plan for about an hour

How to prepare

  • Find a quiet spot where you will not be interrupted
  • Sit comfortably, and give yourself the full time without your phone
  • That is it
  • When you register you also receive my 10-minute guided meditation and a short primer on arriving in a meditative state

Your reminder to start with the feeling part rather than the how to resonated deeply with me. Our intuition truly leads when we are present.

If you would like to see how these hours go

The whole August gathering is here, a little over half an hour on the power of intention. Sit with it whenever suits you. Nothing to sign up for.

Come and Sit

Tell me which city you are sitting in

I like knowing where the net reaches. If you have a question before you come, or you want to be told when registration opens, write to me and I will answer you myself.
