How close are you to burnout?
Twelve honest questions about your week. Burnout takes things in an order, and this shows you where you are in it. Your personal report from me arrives by email.
Start the QuizThe joy, then the evenings, then the judgment
Burnout almost never arrives as a crisis. It arrives in an order, so gradually that there is never a day where you actually decide anything. After more than a decade of working with high achievers, this is the pattern I see under almost every burnout.
The joy
It takes the joy first. The things you did for no reason go so quietly that you barely notice them leave.
The evenings
Then it takes your evenings. Not the time, the presence. You are home, and part of you never quite arrives.
The judgment
Then it takes your judgment, the expensive one. You stay fully operational, but everything starts to feel equally urgent.
One moment…
A reflection, not a diagnosis
This is not a medical or psychological assessment, and it cannot tell you whether you are burned out. It is a mirror: twelve questions I would ask you if we sat down together, and an honest look at what your answers say about your week.
If you are struggling right now, please speak to a doctor or to someone you trust before anything else.
