Ten minutes to move from racing to still
A free guided meditation for people whose minds do not switch off. No experience needed and nothing to get right. You press play, and I guide you the whole way.
- Ten minutes, start to finish
- Built for a busy, skeptical mind
- Yours to keep, and to come back to
What the ten minutes actually is
Three small things, and none of them asks you to become a different person first.
Before you begin
A short written guide comes with it. Two or three things to do first, because most people sit down and try to start from a racing mind, and that is the part nobody teaches.
The ten minutes
I guide you the whole way. You do not have to empty your mind, and you do not have to sit perfectly still. You follow my voice and your own breath, and that is all.
Afterwards
Most people notice it in their shoulders before they notice it in their head. It is yours to keep, so do it again tomorrow if you liked it. Ten minutes is small enough to survive a difficult week.

Made for people who are very good at not stopping
I did the other thing first. I arrived in Germany as a refugee with one bag, I went into finance and sales, and in 2011 I was named team leader of the year. I was also lying awake at three in the morning, and I could not say no to anything.
So this is not ten minutes of being told to relax. It is the first thing I give to founders, executives and senior professionals whose minds are still working long after they have put the laptop down.
Calm is not the opposite of ambition. It is what lets you carry it for longer.
Nothing in these ten minutes asks you to want less.
After having a goal of integrating meditation into my morning routine for several years, I was able to do it as soon as I started practicing with Nandar. Through meditation I am finding more clarity in making decisions and sharpening my intuition. She is an integral part of my journey.

What arrives, and what does not
The meditation comes by email in the next few minutes, with the short guide to read first. There is nothing to pay, nothing to book and no call at the end of it.
After that I write a couple of times a week: one honest story from my own practice, and one small thing to try on a busy day. If it is not for you, every letter carries an unsubscribe link and I will not take it personally.
Shall we begin?
Put your first name and your email in, and it is with you in a few minutes.
